The Caldera 6 continues one of Brooks' four trail running models.
It is defined by its low drop and low weight. Even in the standard "D" width, the Caldera 6 feels quite wide.
Using the DNA LOFT v3 + Nitro system in the midsole made it possible to keep it working seamlessly with the outsole.
As a result the shoe adapts perfectly as the ground changes on the trail.
The upper, made from monoloop mesh, delivers security and fit while keeping breathability very good.
What deserves the most attention, though, is the outsole, made from TrailTack rubber.
The sole has tall lugs that deliver grip on the way up and on the way down alike.
