What the Polish terms cover
The binding Polish document is divided into the following sections: general provisions (§1), registering an account (§2), the basic functions of the store (§3), placing orders (§4), sale (§5), payments (§6), guarantees (§7), complaints (§8), out-of-court complaint handling and pursuit of claims (§9), withdrawal from the contract (§10), processing of data and cookies (§11), licence terms (§12), duration and amendment of the terms (§13), final provisions (§14) and definitions (§15).
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through the store, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All prices shown are gross prices and include VAT. Available payment methods are listed on the Shipping and payment page.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days, without giving any reason. For purchases made in the bricks-and-mortar store the period is 7 days. The model withdrawal form and the complaint form are available on the Returns and complaints page.
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted under the statutory warranty for defects. Goods may additionally be covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's guarantee; your rights under the statutory warranty apply independently of any such guarantee.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The details are set out in §9 of the Polish terms.
