Why we process your data
We process personal data in order to run the store: to set up and maintain your account, to accept and fulfil orders, to handle payments and delivery, to deal with complaints and withdrawals, to answer messages you send us, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations that apply to us. Where you have given your consent, we also use your data to send our newsletter.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for the period required by law, in particular by accounting and tax rules, or until any claims become time-barred.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation from us as to whether we process personal data concerning you;
- access that data and receive further information about the purposes of processing, the recipients and the retention period;
- have your data rectified, erased or its processing restricted;
- data portability, meaning you may ask us to transmit your personal data directly to another controller;

- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
