A food supplement in the form of drinkable shots with added vitamin B6. Each vial contains 280 mg of magnesium and 1.4 mg of B6. Magnesium is a mineral the body cannot do without, as it contributes both to protein synthesis and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Together with vitamin B6 it counteracts fatigue and supports muscle function and energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Magnesium supplementation matters particularly in the post-training phase.
