The Brooks Trace is built for runners with a neutral gait, on the road. The shoes also work well for walking.
The cushioning in the Trace is remarkably light, courtesy of BioMoGo DNA technology, which adapts to your running pace. It also uses shock-absorbing inserts and a Crash Pad, which make the heel-to-toe transition simpler and safer still.
The upper is made from a synthetic mesh that manages sweat well and keeps air moving.
