The Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 is an uncompromising racing shoe, designed specifically for maximum efficiency on race day. The whole construction focuses on improving running economy, which makes it an excellent carbon-plated racer for hard surfaces that performs at every distance, from a fast 5K to a full marathon. The foundation of this super shoe is an innovative two-layer midsole: Saucony combined its proven, highly responsive PWRRUN PB foam with a supercritical PWRRUN HG layer placed directly under the foot. The driving force of the model is an upgraded carbon-fibre plate with special cut-outs, set between the two foams. Together with the signature SpeedRoll rocker geometry, this setup creates a remarkably smooth roll of the foot, a very dynamic toe-off and huge energy return with every contact with the ground. It helps you hold a high pace while delaying leg fatigue. The upper, in a vivid orange colourway, is built on FORMFIT technology. It is extremely thin and breathable and locks the foot in precisely, which keeps you stable on sharp corners and at top speed.
