Brooks Ghost 18 Men's Black

The Brooks Ghost 18 is a men's training shoe for covering daily kilometres on asphalt and everyday running, as well as for walking. The designers created a shoe with balanced support for the foot, which makes it a very versatile choice for a wide range of runners.

At the heart of the shoe is a midsole with DNA LOFT v3 technology, a modern nitrogen-infused foam. This combination of soft and responsive cushioning gives a pleasantly smooth feel with every step, so regular running on hard surfaces is noticeably easier on the legs. The difference in height between the heel and the toes, known as the drop, is 10 millimetres, and the shoe weighs about 289.2 grams.

The upper is made of technical air mesh, which keeps the air circulating and prevents the foot from overheating. It is complemented by a new insole and a soft, flat knit tongue, which together give a secure, supportive fit. Reflective details on the heel improve the runner's visibility after dark.

The bottom of the shoe is protected by a RoadTack rubber outsole. This abrasion-resistant material provides confident grip on paved city roads, making it easier to guide the foot smoothly and extending the overall durability of the shoe.
