It was designed for runners who tend to overpronate and need extra support and maximum cushioning in daily training as well as over the marathon distance.

The upper is made of a modern, flexible Engineered Knit fabric. The material gives an optimal fit to the shape of the foot while remaining highly breathable. The construction stops the foot from sliding inside the shoe, which, together with the padded tongue and a comfortable lacing system, adds to overall comfort. A large share of the materials used in the upper comes from recycling.

The midsole is based on innovative nitrogen-infused DNA TUNED foam. It uses a dual-cell technology: larger cells under the heel are responsible for soft landings, while smaller cells in the forefoot provide a responsive toe-off. An extra two millimetres of foam under the toes add protection and spring. The shoe also features the GuideRails system, which keeps the foot correctly aligned and protects the knees by controlling excessive movement. The drop is eight millimetres.

The wide outsole platform noticeably improves lateral stability on hard surfaces. The geometry of the sole makes for a smooth roll of the foot from the moment of contact with the ground to toe-off. The outer layer is made of highly abrasion-resistant rubber, which offers reliable grip on asphalt and city pavements.
